Will these hold a mini bundt cake

Excellent containers. This holds a 4" pie perfectly. With a cake I'd measure the height as you'd want a little room so the icing doesn't touch.

can this container hold 10 small cookies?

depends on how small the cookies are, i believe probably could hold 10 small cookies, as we use them for our bake sales and can fit a large 2 layer slice of cake or 4 large cookies without a problem as you have the dome lid
