Ok so I’ve been on the search for forever and a day for a sauna vest to wear while I’m working and THIS IS IT!! Others I’ve bought were “ok” but they didn’t hold me in like I wanted, were too short or the waist straps bubbled and the bottom would roll up. This does NONE of that, I love it! Now let’s talk about the sizing. I ordered a XL and it’s perfect! I’m 5’11 and about 240lbs. I’m on the first line of the hooks so I’m excited to get to the 2nd and third. It’s super comfortable and the material seems to be durable and it’s very smooth. Now for my favorite part… I’ve had a baby so I have what I like to call my “kangaroo pouch” at the bottom of my stomach. I also have a longer torso and this vest covers it all!! I didn’t have to tuck it in or anything, the length is perfect! I got it today and I’ve only tried it on so I haven’t started working in it yet but I did bend down, bend over, turn side to side and it stays in place! 10 out of 10!!

I LOVE this waist trainer! I got a medium and it’s definitely true to size and it covers the entire torso. It doesn’t rise up, or move around. Even while getting active, it stays in place. It’s very comfortable and grateful wearing all day. I’m definitely going to purchase another one so that I can have one for working out and another for daily wear while I am at work or just out anywhere else.

Love it. Makes me sweat alot. Been using it alot when I recieved. I do feel a chage on my hips feeling smaller. Comfortable too. Got it on time.. love it and using all the time for my work out.. even just during hone cleaning.. works great for my body.
