Does this work to clean delicate computer screen displays? How clean does it leave them? Or am I better off using toilet paper to clean the displays?

If the duster is clean, it would be perfectly safe to dust computer screens but without products. In other words, don't dust and collect stuff in the duster and then dust a screen as you could pick something up and scratch the screen. If you have streaks or anything other than dust on your screen, it would not clean it of anything but dust. You would need a screen cleaner made for computer screens and a soft cloth to clean a computer screen.
