The heating and cooling works well and bluetooth sound is adequate but the design has a few flaws and overall it isn't worth the price.1. Product description says it has vibration which it does not, it only has air pressure.2. Dynamic mode (default when turned on) does not heat like the manual says it should. It does heat if the mode is changed to heat only or automatic mode.3. It applies pressure to the bridge of the nose which is uncomforable, it needs more padding or a larger opening as this also prevents the device from sitting flush against the face / eyes.4. It has several integrated sound tracks but they can't be selected (it just plays on a loop) and while some are soothing others are not. They can be turned off or you can use Bluetooth which is the better option.I have used similar products that cost much less and provide a better massage so I can't recommend this device.
