Good quality pill that has no smell perfect dosage and seems to absorb quite well when taken with food. It seems to help me have more energy during these cold winter months. Seems to be the right dosage amount for me.

I watched a video how Dr. Amen (Hollywood neurologist) said it was good to take this type of vitamin D. Just don’t take it at night as it can interrupt sleep. I take it in the morning.
