Q: What percentage vitamin c is this?

The vitamin C is the second ingredient, so it is likely around 10%. Hyalauronic acid is usually 1-2% which is the 3rd ingredient, so I would guess it is somewhere between 10 -2 % at least.

Q: I find that that this product lightens my spot but I also realize that I'm getting pimples while using this product. Is this product noncomedogenic?

All DERMA E items are non-comedogenic. The products are also vegan, cruelty free, gluten free and we use non gmo ingredients. In order to help reduce blemish breakouts be sure to use a scrub or mask one to two times per week which will help to get rid of dead skin cells and renew and refresh the skin.

Q: What percentage of sodium ascorbyl phosphate is this? I read it needs to be at least 5% to be effective.

My understanding is that there is 15% of vitamin C.
