I have shortened toenails from have ingrown toenails surgery. I've always been self conscious of my toes. The fiberglass helps me reshape my nails. I use a brush on clear polygel over them. The nails last me weeks and don't crack. One sheet has lasted two different sets of nails. There's a lot of sheets in each bag. These will last me a long while.
