Pay attention to the install process. It works!
First, people that are complaining are those that don't normally install much of anything. Complaining that a product is difficult to install is not about the product. It's about the user/installer inability and lack of experience. If you don't know how to install an A/C unit, would you rate the A/C low due to your lack of experience and understanding? My review is that the ceiling mount curtain rail is very strong because it's aluminum covered in plastic. Metal is typically supposed to be difficult to bend. If it were cheap plastic and nothing but plastic that was easy to bend, then the complaints would be that it doesn't hold up and is flappy. You MUST unroll METAL rail the opposite direction and allow it to sit (overnight is what I did). As a matter of fact, I simply kept bending it a few inches apart because rolling was difficult considering I purchased quite a few feet for my purpose. In any case, reverse rolling WILL NOT make it straight. It simply makes it more manageable to work with due to less roll.To get straight lines, you MUST install the brackets fairly close; I suggest at least 8" apart instead of the 12 to 16 inches the instructions say to do. The more and closer the brackets, the closer to straight you will get. The further the brackets, the more waves you WILL get (nearly unavoidable).Installing the rails into the brackets is best done by screwing the end without the plastic all the way in, and NOT screwing the plastic end all the way. Screw it most of the way to allow the rail to snap into place. Once you have a good amount of the rail installed, screw the end with the plastic. It works!

Perfect and easy - but do not think you get a straight line
Supereasy, nice, functional - the only thing even you get a clip every 25 cm, you do not get a 100% straight line because the rollover in the package. But otherwise impossible to sell. And its not so important, because of the clips mount in straight line reduce the curving it want to go. I love it and recommend it, too

Sturdy and mounts securely
Overall, very pleased with the product. Installation wasn’t easy, though I was able to complete it myself. If I were to do it over again, I would have a helper. The instructions are mostly clear, but could better explain the steps.Only negative was the package did not contain enough screws and anchors for all the brackets. So count the pieces and determine if you have everything to complete the installation in one go.

Works great for my needs.
Used for a shower curtain in my camper and it serves the purpose. Will try it out on the way to Alaska.

Needs a hacksaw?
I found it pretty obnoxious to bend this rod into a “straight” line. I even left books as weights on top of it to hopefully mold it into a straight line. Even so it is still very squiggly and not straight. You would have to be lying on the floor or couch looking up at it to notice, it doesn’t affect the aesthetic of the hung curtains at all. But if that sort of thing drives you crazy, maybe think again. Also, if you order a longer size with the intention of cutting it down to size, you do really need a hack saw. We tried to use something different to cut it down and were not successful. You need the hacksaw to get a clean edge so that the end/stopper that keeps the curtains from flying off the track can smoothly fit onto the end.I actually do like how easily the curtain holders glide across the track. It’s very quiet and smooth.Overall, not the easiest to put up in my case but serves its purpose and I REALLY needed some curtains for the space & they’re finally hung securely on the track!

Good solution for shower curtain
Needing a shower curtain for an open sided whirlpool I decided to try the KXlife track as it came complete with mounting hardware AND hangers. With some other brands one has to purchase the hangers separately. The kit came as advertised and included actual instructions for installation, well illustrated and easy to follow. I opened the entire length and gently bent the track to stay uncoiled. I let the track rest for a day before attempting to bend to shape. This was a bit tricky as it wants to return to being coiled.( take care as to not reverse bend too much or it will crease) As this was being mounted to a drop ceiling I cut wood furring strips to fit between the ceiling grid rails to provide a solid back to screw into. I measured the position I wanted the curtain to drape and marked my first few starting points for the track brackets. After mounting (when mounting to ceiling tile take care not to fasten too tightly as this will crush the tile) I started to work the track to shape and made my final track measurement which I then reduced by about 3/8" each end for the caps. Cutting was easy with a fine toothed hacksaw blade. Mounted the rest of the brackets and then placed the rollers and endcaps on the track. The track clicked into the holders firmly and I was set to hang the curtain. All in all I was quite pleased with the results and now have a smooth running shower curtain. I would recommend this for light to middle weight materials only as the rollers and rails are flexible plastic. There was one issue with the coil as a zip tie had cut into the plastic when it was packaged at the factory. As I did not use the entire length it was not a problem but for one needing over 7' it would have been unusable.Follow up:The company responded and stated they would look into the packaging and were very helpful in another minor issue.I have been using the track everyday and have been very satisfied.

Purchased to hang a shower curtain off a custom made claw foot tub shower rod and worked perfectly. Very sturdy

Exactly what I wanted.
I’ve bent it into a 90° arc for a shower stall curtain. I attached the track to the ceiling, bought a 84 inch long shower curtain, and use multiple shower curtain hooks to give me the length I needed. Rollers run very smoothly on track. I am very happy with the results.
