Maybe it would work well, but on unpacking, I found a back cover of one head was broken off , I didn't use it. But returning process seems to be a lengthy one, so far not refunded.

One of the shaver head blade already broke. The item is flimsy

the plastic part of the main blade came off and now its not reattaching.

This electric shaver is amazing, I have been using a 3 blade razor for the past 25yrs and just recently decided to try an electric shaver for the very first time. I am 56yrs young and I am a Fitness & Wellness Trainer and a Black male so getting the right electric shaver for myself took some research.I decided on the Telfun Shaver after researching all the electric shavers that were available from all pricing points and for me it isn't ever about price but always about the best results.Black men have always had a problem with shavers because of our hair mostly growing back ingrown in our skin but this electric razor is the best and I plan on buying and additional one so that I can alternate them with each other every week. It is very easy to clean in running water and purchase a additional blade when you decide to buy.I shave my head and face once a day and this electric razor is just great, I haven't used it in the shower or emerged it in water and I won't eventhough it says it is water proof, I just don't want to take the chance of it stop working, but I do use it wet everyday with shaving cream on my head and face and it works great. The battery life is great also, I keep it charged after every use and this electric shaver is very easy to use.It has been 30days for me since I purchased it and was definitely a good investment, the travel case that it comes in is nice so I have nothing negative to say, it's definitely worth the investment. I use it to shave my head and face every day, so for Black Men this electric shaver is one of the best for us!!!

So, I bought this shaver set about six weeks ago, and wanted to wait until I had used it a few times before leaving a review. Well, it's a great little shaver and well worth the money! Faced with a steadily declining threadcount, I finally gave up the fight against time's constant march at the start of July. Frankly, I'm glad to have finally pulled the plug (as opposed to getting plugs) and this shaver has made embracing my inner Captain Picard about a million times easier than it might've been otherwise.I wanted a shaver that would get as close to the scalp as possible, and this unit does the job. It never leaves any nicks or cuts and the shave is as close as could be without going to the wet blade route... and really, who has time for that carry on every morning? I'm still new to the Uncle Fester look, so I tend to go over every spot a few times, and this shaver still does the job in under ten minutes. One thing I'll suggest, though, is to plan to shower afterwards; a few times I've run this thing over my scalp and headed right out the door, only to find myself itchy from the hair "dust" left behind.Battery life is great. Mine arrived charged, and after five weeks of using the shaver every 2-3 days, I finally had to plug it in for the first time yesterday. The USB charger does not include a plug-in block, though, so you'll need to borrow one from another device or grab a spare from the junk drawer. Heck, in a pinch you could charge this shaver off your PlayStation 3, I guess.Cleaning the shaver head is easy. The outer blades flip open, and the centre blade pops out with a little twist. The set includes a little brush to get all the hair dust out of the nooks and crannies. It takes less than a minute, and you'll get a better shave if you keep the blades clean.I can't say much about other accessories. I've only used the smaller clipper attachment to trim my sideburns, and it works well. The travel case the set comes with keeps everything together and stores away neatly. My set arrived without any outer packaging, but all of the pieces inside were individually shrinkwrapped so I know it was not a used unit being sold as new. Everything included seems very well-made and easily as durable as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's box office record.Overall, I would highly recommend this shaver set. The price was great, and the performance I'm getting is exactly what I was looking for.
