I have been using them for at least a decade.The product is pharmiceutical grade caffeine in a 200mg capsule.Sources say that caffeine in amounts of 400-500 mg a day are not exceptionalI will say that this capsule does not make you buzz along. It is modulated. I use it for strength workous and I get a sustained but not stressed response. I can easily workout for 1 hour and feel fine afterward.Unless you have a specific reason you cannot absorb caffeine, check with your doctor and try it. You cognition will certainly appreciate it.

Straight up caffeine with out anything added. Exact dosage and easy on the stomach.
