Absolutely does not workIt is put together correctly. It is adjusted correctly. I have followed all of the directions precisely. I have watched countless videos online for help.This is a giant heap of junk and does not work.Don’t waste your money. I’m now beyond the return window, so now I have a piece of garbage and in the hole about $200. Support is nonexistent.

Instructions are not very clear but it did work. Very messy and hard to clean.

The media could not be loaded. I’m going to give it five stars based on my very first impression. I had no problems at all. I think the bad reviews are from people who maybe haven’t had much experience with a cream separator. The milk must be warm as you can see in my photos and videos. I may post an update later but right now I’m super happy with it. There was minimal leakage.

Happy with purchase. Takes some time to really understand the directions, but it does include all the necessary information. If it's leaking, then all the parts we're connected correctly and you should try stacking the inner cones again.
