This is a good zapper but the title in the sale description is misleading… it’s not rechargeable so if you’re after this look elsewhere

Partner bought this for mosquitos around pond/patio. He loves it. Eliminates in an instant. Easy to charge, good quality and value. I find it a bit cruel and noise can be off putting but my personal view.

The unit is shaped like a tennis racket but it is a great deal more difficult to hit an evasive fly than it is to hit a tennis ball. Because of the shape the unit cannot be used to swat flies on vertical surfaces and only on horizontal surfaces if they are at a suitable height and the fly doesn't alight close to any objects. The device seems like a great idea but in practice is a fairly useless gadget. Stationary wall mounted commercial units with an ultra violet light to attract the flies to the electric grid have been available for years and work well but this tennis electrocuter is not worth the money. Also if it fell into the hands of small children it would be quite dangerous. Don't buy it!

The media could not be loaded. This is a lot more sufficient than those small portable lamp ones. The main reason for getting this was because of mosquitoes biting my family and I at night during summer. So I’ve killed majority mosquitoes with it and it’s almost always got the job done like 95% of the time. I’ve also killed house spiders and flies as well as moths too. I would recommend that anyone who lives near lakes, ponds or rivers to get this because when summer hits mosquitoes breed so much in these bodies of water.

The zapper works well, and the larger version is a sensible size. It does prove pretty tricky to get to insects on a flat surface and would be easier to just smack them with something... It also struggles to kill larger insects and feels pretty cheap, but other than that is a good product.

Was disappointed this wasn't re-chargeable as stated on amazon, but sure it will be ok with buying batteries

We were infested this summer with Yellowjackets. Got stung twice in 30 minutes. That’s when I declared war and bought this. Works great. Just touch them in air and they’re dead. Not sure why some people had trouble with battery installation, just need a very small screwdriver.

Love this product!! I used to be very annoyed of bugs because I couldn't do anything to them. I didn't want to use spray in my house because of all the bad chemicals. So I was very happy when I found this product, it was very effective. It's very easy to use, you just need to put the batteries in (they are included!) and voila, you can start using it immediately. Be aware that you might start wanting more bugs in the house because the zapping feeling is amazing. Anyway, no more flies or moths problem in my house. Don't hesitate, buy this, you won't be sorry.

Très efficace, par contre la description sur la page Amazon est erronée, la raquette n'est pas rechargeable elle ne fonctionne qu' avec des piles et il n'y a pas de lumière LED très brillante comme indiqué, ceci correspond à un produit plus cher de la même marque.

Inserté dos pilas y comprobé. Cuando presioné el botón amarillo, la lámpara se encendió. Luego la puse en el armario de la cocina, pero después de menos de un minuto, la saqué para ponerla en la bolsa que venía con ella. Fue entonces cuando noté que el asa donde estaban colocadas las pilas estaba caliente. Abrí el compartimento de las pilas y vi que las pilas estaban empezando a hervir. Rápidamente las saqué sin tocarlas con la mano, ya que estaban hirviendo. Se podía oler que algo se estaba quemando.
