Bluetooth not working? Change the batteries!
I purchased this scale based on the positive reviews it had. I did see a lot of complaints about it not connecting to the app reliably but I decided to chance it. When we first got the scale, it worked as described. The scale connected effortlessly to the app. About a month later, my husband and I both had issues getting the scale to connect to the app via bluetooth. We used it just for weighing ourselves at this point minus the app. Not long after this, the scale just totally shut down. We replaced the batteries (3 AAA and a teeny screw driver) and everything was back up and running smoothly again.
