These things are awesome! They make clean up easy and cut cooking time by a lot. I had a 14 pound turkey, and it was plenty big enough. The material is thick and durable. Don't forget to add flour according to the directions and any seasonings, celery, etc. you want. I use these every time I cook a turkey, and it's always moist. Highly recommend.

These Reynolds Kitchens Turkey Oven Roasting Bags aren't just for holiday turkey—they work amazingly well for oven baked seafood boils! The bag held all of the seafood, potatoes, eggs, and seasonings sauce without leaking or tearing, locking in all the delicious juices and flavor while cooking. Just don't forget to add a tablespoon of flour (or starch) to the bag before adding your ingredients so it doesn't burst while cooking!
