If you are recovering from a narcissist or toxic relationship this journal is a great tool to assist you in your healing journey. If you are serious about your healing, in therapy and struggling with journaling the prompts will help you dig deeper into to your traumas. Self reflection is a must.. you will repeat what you don't heal.

I was really excited to get this, it didn't get delivered until the end of the day after 2 day shipping. Much to my disappointment I opened it up and the first 8 pages are upside down and backwards, and several pages ripped right at the binding of the book.Went to exchange it but DESPITE what the description says there was NO REPLACEMENT OPTION . Only option was to return it and order a new one and pay for it.Very disappointed that not only do I have to go through the hassle of returning it, I either have to wait for a refund after they receive the item which could take 3 weeks, or pay again. Either way it sucks and now I have to wait longer for a new one.

Shipping was fast. I really liked the thoughts and guided questions. I'm still at the beginning and I know this will be helpful for anyone looking to dig deep and heal.

Makes you dig deep inside yourself, fun and interactive book that may not be for everyone. Some things are easy for some, some makes you really think back. It's good for those who really want to work on themselves. I like this journal.
