Q: what makes it "non slip"?

It’s not non slip. It’s made of traditional inflatable materials you’d find with arm floaties and rafts. Also it is horribly constructed as the seams tear apart after 1 use rendering it unusable. Several have the same complaints.

Q: Will it spray at a consistant level to use for watering a flower bed?

These things are designed to spray in random patterns to be more fun for children and pets. When I run mine it is very uneven watering.

Q: Best way to dry out and pack up?

Roll it to get the water out. Set it in the sun for a few hours or overnight and then fold it to store.

Hose doesn’t fit well, so it doesn’t have pressure

Very disappointed. The hose attachment is of poor quality so it doesn’t fit well and half the water escapes from it, resulting in lack of pressure so the rest of it doesn’t work at all.
