This guy was a workout to stuff. Clothing, bedsheets, and pillows were used to stuff it. Helpful trick, use a handle of a swiffer or broom to stuff the sheets down into the arms. I put an old gi on him so it will be easier to keep him clean. Looking forward to being able to practice at home more efficiently. Over all seems good construction and arrived in a timely manner. Is life sized and therefore a bit creepy lol maybe double as a Halloween decoration.

We stuffed this with old clothes and my son uses it to throw around on the trampoline and practice wrestling moves with. It’s very durable, easy to fill, and lots of fun. It can get heavy once completely filled but the kids get used to carrying it around pretty quick.

I bought this to use at my Karate School. The kids drag it around, flip it over, slam it on the ground then punch and kick it until they are good and tired. Then they lay on top of it like it is a big pillow. It has held up good so far. No rips yet. I filled this with a mixture of cut up towels and an old comforter. Be warned, it takes a lot to fill it! It has a nice weight after it is filled. The knees will sort-of bend but they are on the stiffer side. So when you get the dummy into the guard position, it wants to bend at the hips rather than the knees. The arms are not attached at the side of the guy but towards the front as seen on the picture. The arm attachment to the body seems like it won't hold because it is skinny but it has lasted arm bars and grabs for flips so far. Also , the arms are a bit on the short side but it still works especially for short people (like me) and kids. In fact, I prefer to use this dummy when I give a demo to the students. I paid way more for a leather dummy for the adults but I prefer this one. I recommend it, especially at this price! Overall, for the price, I think it was a great purchase. I recommend it!
