Quick fix that works
I used these rubber nails to patch a small tire puncture, and they worked perfectly. Easy to use and sealed the hole tight — no air leaks since. Great to have on hand for emergencies. Definitely worth it for a fast, reliable fix!

Works surprisingly well
My tire picked up a nail about 1/8" in diameter - the body of the nail actually sealed the hole pretty well and I only had to air up the tire every couple weeks, but it was still a little annoying. I picked up these screw plugs as they seemed easier to use than a traditional string plug, although I was a little skeptical that they'd work as well. I pushed the body of the nail into the tire, then screwed one of these in - it seemed like it still leaked a little overnight, so I sized up to a larger plug the next morning. The install, uninstall and reinstall were all very easy and I was pleased to see zero air leakage after several weeks of being in the tire. Each of these kits comes with individually packaged plugs, so they're easy to separate out into your emergency roadside kit if you have multiple cars that you're taking care of.

Quickly fixy
Have not used this yet, but have hi expectations. Appears very practical and easy to apply. Can probably make repair without taking wheel off of vehicle. Delivery was timley.

A flat tire fix that really works!
They work great for road side fixes!!! I used 1 in our son in laws Chevy Tahoe Z71 and it hasn't leaked in the 3 months that it's been in the tire. They are simple to use and they fix the flat!!!

easy to use and insert into the tire. Phillips head for added ease
The media could not be loaded. An employee had bought a pack of these from Amazon and he said that it was quite easy to insert it into the tire once he had removed the nail that had given him the flat. I haven't had a flat tire to try it out, but the design looks quite simple and I gifted some of these to my daughter and wife to put in their vehicles just in case they might get a flat while out and about. They come in a nice little plastic carrying case, but the ones I gave to them I just put in a ziplock baggie so they could put it in the glove box. My employee hasn't taken the tire to a mechanic yet and he's had it in his tire for over a month with no air leakage.

Great idea, did not work.
I thought this was a great idea. Repair that is quick and easy and only requires a screwdriver. However, I had a very small leak. I used the small plug and when tested with soap solution it was still leaking. I removed the first plug. Cleaned up the hole with a very small drill bit and inserted a larger plug and Retested with soap solution. Still had a slow leak. Removed the second plug and went with an old fashioned cord style plug like I have been using for the last 50 years. Problem solved. These are junk.
