As expected

I installed the new water filter into our existing filtration system and did the initial 2 gallon water purge of the filter. We then put the water in a coffee maker reservoir for later use. After a few hours a strange milky cloud formed in the bottom of the reservoir. We cleaned it out and added fresh water from the filter water dispenser, but the same thing happened. Again we cleaned it out but used a different water filter system. This time no cloud formed. We then tried running 5 gallons of water though the Curtis filter to verify it was flushed. No joy as the cloud formed again especially noticeable after the water warms. We have used multiple Curtis water filters in the past without any problems.

I've used this filter with my Curtis G2 for years and it works great. My gripe is the picture has a filter head and this is just the filter. I'm now having to wait to get the filter head in.

I have purchased this filter multiple times. My last purchase the head is different from the past heads and will not screw in properly. The model numbers on the old one I have as well as the new one I got are both cs-10. Could this be a labeling mistake or M I crazy?
