Everything works as expected even after having used the product for a minute now.Charging works fine thus far, despite the issues I read in other reviews.There are no instruction though so I imagine a lot of users will have some misunderstandings when purchasing.One thing to note, that a lot of users may have forgotten having had PS4s for a while is that, you still have to manually set your controller sleep timer from the default to something like 15 minutes (my pref) for the controllers to maintain usefulness at the times you need them if you're using the system passively for a long period of time. I imagine a lot of users set this on their PS4 and then forgot about it as we had for a while.Only cons to provide is that the communication of this product could be better. Instructions on specs, what to expect, quick start, etc would probably benefit to convey what is supposed to be included and detail what the product does. It's not gonna charge if you don't seat it correctly. It will if you do. Considering there are essentially 'charging adapters' included, I imagine a good portion of users have never seen the concept, nor is their first thought to place an unmarked usb into a new expensive device they own.

Looks like a great stand when first opened - but ultimately the charging system does not work.Don't waste your money

Very compact, holds all my device’s sturdily and now all my remotes are fully charged every time I hop on to play, hooks are convenient for my vr and headset so I never have to stop playing to charge or throw my headsets somewhere to put them away
