I'm actually disappointed in the shipping method. The first order was returned to the seller because it was undeliverable. This is the second order in a plastic bag and as you can see one bottle is only a third of the way full because the rest is in the plastic bag. Soap smells fantastic but I'm so disappointed that it's taken me two tries to get it and the second try had issues.

This is a gentle foaming hand wash, very lightly scented. I bought just one the first time to try it out, and I was so pleased I ordered a three-pack the second time. One bottle lasts considerably longer than I expected. I ordered the Glazed Apricots scent.UPDATE: I still love this product. My complaint is with Amazon's packaging. One order never showed up because it was damaged. The order I received today was sent in a plastic bag instead of a box, and it was leaking. Using a plastic bag inside a box would probably solve this problem. The pump heads on the foaming hand wash get depressed when only in a plastic bag, and this causes the leaks.

I really love this soap; the fragrance is light and lovely, and the soap cleans hands without drying my sensitive skin. I subtracted one star because when I opened the package, one of the bottles had leaked slightly, which made a bit of a mess. The seller could have done a better job of packing the bottles (and not sending a leaky bottle!). Otherwise, we are very pleased with the product!

Love the soap but it came with one half full and it was all over the packaging inside and managed to leak outside or the package and make a mess where the delivery guy left it. They should ship it with caps on top not with the dispenser attachment on. If they shipped it that way it wouldn't have came out and wasted half of my soap. Not worth shipping back to get more but I won't be buying it again.

I had given my parents a different brand of lemon verbena soap as a gift, and when they tried to buy more, they discovered that the scent was discontinued. I found this brand, and had a 3-pack sent to them. My mom ended up giving me a bottle to try. It was the strangest thing-- at first, I thought it smelled like citronella, or bug spray. But soon, I found myself really excited to wash my hands with this soap. We went out of town this past weekend, and I was actually a little sad that I didn't have any of this soap along to use! I've never liked a soap so much, and hope that it will always be available. It really has a nice, fresh scent, and it makes me happy!
