This is a very good product, I have been buying it for many years. But, last time, the packaging arrived very badly damaged. The packaging was crushed, the lid was broken. I hope the pills inside the package are not spoiled.

I take this every day in the hopes it will help my joints. I really notice a difference when I run out, so I will keep taking it.

My wife has terrible knees. Doctors told her surgery was an option that might work to reduce her pain, but even if it did, it would only be temporary. She would eventually need surgery again. She instead started taking these daily. These pills have changed her life. She can, for the most part, get around pain free. They don't work miracles, though! A recent trip to NYC had her walking way more than her knees are used to, and she had significant pain for several days afterward. BUT if she had not been taking these pills, she would not have been able to do all those miles of walking in the first place. Definitely worth a try if you suffer from joint pain.
