The Republic of Tea Coconut Cocoa Cuppa Chocolate Herb, 36 Tea Bag Tin, Gourmet Low Caffeine Dessert Tea

If you like coconut and chocolate and maybe are watching your weight (or not!) and looking for something sweet to help satisfy those cravings… try this tea! When I’m trying to limit my sweets (and I LOVE sugar) I drink Republic of Tea instead of eating dessert or something before bedtime. The caffeine doesn’t bother me (but I’m not sensitive to it anyway) so I usually brew 2 bags and add milk and stevia to sweeten.

This low-caffeine tea is delicious, with a chocolate and coconut flavor that reminds me of a certain candy bar. The tea bags make prep easy, with one bag to 6 ounces of boiling water. This will make a good dessert for me, without the high calories and sugar! And because it's low in caffeine, I can drink it in the evening and it won't keep me awake.

It has a really good flavor! Subtle coconuts and chocolate that is perfectly warming and comforting. I did steep two bags but I do feel one would be sufficient. It’s truly doesn’t need any additional sweet, or cream.

You don't want to add too much water, as it could be watery but it really does have a strong taste that could trick your mind

I really wanted to love this but I can only sort of like it. I know it’s “coconut cocoa” tea but the coconut is overpowering. Sweetness wise, this tea is just fine with no added sweetener but I’m used to unsweetened herbal teas. Longer steeps help with flavor too. But I was looking for one that was chocolatier. Maybe I’ll try the other variety when I finish this one.Other than that, the can the tea comes in is cute and the little circlebtea bags are fun.
