Easy install and a good value. Worked well.

Better instructions would be nice, but otherwise, they seem good quality and not all that hard to install, that is, once you figure out that the best way is to leave connection of the strut to support as the final step. When I connected supports to struts, then tried to install the supports to the auto frame the bolts, particularly the final one, were difficult to line up. The second installation was much easier. Someone more mechanically inclined probably would have done it the easy way in the first place.

Fits perfectly on a 2011 Toyota Highlander without power lift gate. It does what it advertises and great value for the money. The only problems I had with it is the paint on the ball side is a bit nicked & clearer instructions would be helpful

I haven't installed this yet as the OEM Toyota (KYB brand) lift supports have "built-in" brackets. Normally, the ball on the bracket can be disengaged, however, there is no way this can be done on the original lift supports. This information was NOT apparent when initially purchasing these lift supports so now I will have to wait another 1-2 weeks before the brackets come in. Quality of the part looks good, but they should come with brackets or should have clear information indicating replacement brackets will be necessary. Will update once I receive the brackets and install.

Effective supports. You gotta remove the small wire clamps to attach each end. No idea yet as to longevity.
