First of all, I never write reviews, ever. But this one was special, and people need to know. I ordered this charm bracelet for mother's 87th BD, with my sister's name engraved on the heart. When I received the order, I had an issue with the engraving. Everything else looked good. So I emailed and left a phone message (what vendors give out their phone number, by the way), to Lina. She responded so quickly, I was amazed. She is so sweet and nice to talk to., as well. I explained my issue to her about the engraving. She apologized, (not her fault, by the way), and took care of the issue immediately, and a new bracelet was in the mail within an hour. Thank You, Lina....you deserve a 10 star rating

I purchased this bracelet as a gift for a dear friend recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer as a visual reminder to keep fighting. I was looking for something unique and personal. I searched through many options and this piece was EXACTLY what I had in mind. The charms were a perfect size and the bracelet even came with extra links and instructions if needed; all wrapped in a cute little box with a ribbon..ready for gifting.I have purchased many other bracelets in the past and was quite pleased with the quality of this piece and customer service.The name was spelled incorrectly but I contacted the customer service department and received a response immediately. A replacement charm with the correct spelling arrived very quickly and the font on the replacement charm was even prettier.I HIGHLY recommend this piece and would purchase from this vender again.

I ordered 12 of these for our office as we have a co-worker battling cancer. We are all wearing them at work and each time we look at them, it reminds us to pray for our friend. We plan to add charms of our friends and family as they may need prayer and support. The bracelet is beautiful and very sentimental.
