Luigi got chill
Here we have our third powered-up Luigi figure, and it is Ice Luigi. Luigi, like Mario, gains this power by touching an Ice Flower and it allows him to shoot ice balls that can counter fire attacks and freeze enemies in blocks of ice.I like this figure. The color scheme really looks like ti does in the game, and the paint application is great. It's a repainted Luigi figure with closed fists, but that's to be expected. And it comes with the same Ice Flower that came with Ice Mario. Still, it is nice to have another powered-up Luigi to go with my Fire Luigi and Cat Luigi. Now, if World of Nintendo would just release Raccoon Luigi, I'd be all set for powered-up plumbers.

Neck Breaks super easy
Kiddo loves it but has already ripped the head off. Did not last long. Neck piece is too fragile. Leaves on Flower also broke after just two plays.
