I ordered this for my wife who suffers from ocular rosacea after several weeks of research looking for something to help her. Reviews said that eye massagers could help so, after reviewing various options, I ordered this item for her. It was extremely disappointing that when she opened it on Christmas Day and read the instructions before first use to discover she could not use it--she suffers glaucoma as well (so do I). What I intended to be a very pleasant surprise resulted in a disappointment--because of information the manufacturer did not include in the item description. If I had known she would not be able to use it, I would not have purchased it. Manufacturers and sellers of items such as this should be very careful to include ALL pertinent information but especially information that my preclude someone from using their product. Would not recommend you purchase this item.

It's really comfortable resting on the nose. I appreciate all the different ways you can choose to adjust the massage. It didn't take long to figure out how to adjust via the combination of button pushing and hand waving ... and that's without reading any instructions, of course, lol. After having just returned another eye massager that only provided relief when I took it off, I was planning on just going back to a Breo, but a lightning deal convinced me to give this a try first. I'm very happy with that decision.

I had never heard about an eye massager until I spoke with my eye surgeon about my dry eyes. He said go to Amazon and get an eye massager. I did and LOVE IT!! My husbands loves it also. My eyes water less when I use it. We also use it for tension headaches. Highly recommend it if you have dry eyes or tension headaches! Has multiple setting with massage and heat.

I got this to combat long term lymphedema stemming from radiation therapy for salivary gland cancer. I use it every evening before bed. Have been using it for several months now.This thing works like a charm! Way more effective results than the super expensive device the physical therapist recommended. Not knocking therapy, but $50 beats $2400 by a landslide. It puts the pressure where I need it, which the more expensive tool does not.It has Bluetooth, so you can connect and listen to music. I did this several times. The speaker isn't the greatest, but it was thoughtful that it was designed in. And again, the cycle is only 15 minutes.About that- when the 15 minute timer is reached, it stops. No matter where it is in the cycle, it stops. Cracks me up every night. Right in the middle of going across the face, "goodbye".It also straight up stops when the battery needs charging. Doesn't finish the cycle. It stops, and the voice says "low battery. low battery. low battery. low battery", until you plug in the charging cable.It has 5 different pattern settings, they seem to work equally effectively, with "comfortable" and "soft hammer" working well for me.There are also options for heat, sound, pattern only. There are two air pressures. I like air pressure B, but still haven't figured out the exact differences between the two.You better have this thing on your face when you press the button, because it starts immediately.Also, keep your hand away from the front of the unit. It has a sensor on the front, and if you wave your hand, it changes the pattern. Pressing the button changes the mode (heat/no heat, sound/no sound), and a longer pause in front of the sensor changes the air pressure from A to B.Overall, thoroughly impressed with this device especially for the low price point.

It is a really good treatment for dry eyes, it provides heat and massage at the same time and has a lot of different modes. It is a little noisy but I turn on meditation music and do not concentrate on the noise. You have to charge it after using it approximately 5 time, 15 min each time, it is not a long life of the battery but charging takes a couple of hours, so if you do not forget to do it, you can use this massager all the time.
