Abby, my rescue dog, who is still 24 lbs since we adopted her 4 yrs ago, LOVES these and all the other freeze dried goodies I have stashed for daily treats. I highly suggest these particular rawhides, as they are not too thick for a small dog's teeth AND her teeth are actually without tar on them for the most part. And her weight stays the same.Taking out all the added moisture from dog treats, and drying out the hides, really takes out the CALORIES! And they clean her plaque off, too from being hard.Finer pet supply stores (who don't sell pets!), have all the brands you can imagine, for small, med or large dogs. Abby also gets the All Natural Stewart Pro Treats that are totally dried out, and come in Beef/Liver or Plain Dried chicken. I take them with me on all our walks, so meeting dogs is pretty amusing, once they keep staring at the pocket that feeds them!!All these can be cut or torn into small pieces for those 4 legged travelers around the block! Oh, and Goodness Gracious Hula Lula Turkey strips, always stocked in larger stores for cats and dogs. Well packaged. A little more splintery than other baked / freeze dried chicken treats we've bought in the past. No give or bend. Just snaps off into splinters. Dog likes them but struggles a bit with that texture. I usually wet with water before giving them to him so they don't fragment so sharply.

I got these for my daughters Ferret! Excellent treats for that little critter! They have very special diets and these are excellent!

I love giving this to my 90lbs Rottweiler. She loves it!!! She goes crazy for it!!!No smell, crunchy (so probably cleans the teeth a bit), and absolutely delicious.No diarrhea or stomach problems. I only give one a day.

my dogs (and any dogs I've given strips to) love any kind of dried meat strips, and these are no exception. I've found better priced deals, but they'll never go to waste.
