Instructions are confusing

Very bad quality you can’t use finger lock and even properly type. Waste of money I didn’t even ask for the return just throw it in the dust bin. They should taste it before they sale it.

The screen protector is trash! Had to throw it away. Once it's on your phone, the fingerprint sensor won't work anymore unlike what's said on the description of the item - which is just false advertising!

Fingerprint sensor isn't working after installing this screen protector, many parts are missing such as the alunment tool, dust removal stickers, scartch card, non slip mat...I am returning this.

Doesn't give the requested privacy. The fingerprints didn't work when I installed the protection.

I have changed my screen protector several times over the last few months. Some lasted a week or two, but most failed at application. The main issue is lifting and bubbling. This one was easy to apply and didn't show any bubbles. It also doesn't show my greasey fingerprint!

Product was exactly as described. I'm not sure why these people who are saying installation is hard or complicated, but it's not. Watch the video they tell you to, and you can't screw it up. I've had it over a week now and there isn't any peeling, or bubbles also as some have stated....maybe they just got a bad one, or don't know how to follow directions. Only thing I'm a little disappointed with is the privacy part, you can still see screen a little bit at some angles. It doesn't allow you to see everything in any detail but still it could be better. That's only reason not 5 stars.

The phone case is great. Got the case today and already dropped my phone no damage. I like how it is to hold. Just my child plays on my phone, I picked this case for the stylus for her to use. I had to go order a stylus because the empty place is driving me crazy. I did look up the number and called. The lady had no clue what I was talking about so I gave up on that. Yes I could send it back and get another but who knows what piece will be missing next. I would buy it again if all came as advertised. I gave three stars due to missing pieces otherwise I'd give 5 stars.

I have tried other brands of privacy screen covers, but these seem a little better. However, they are not easier to install and if you don't get it correctly the first time, because the cover is thick, one air bubble on a corner, will ruin the whole thing. I think they have 2 in a pack because you will ruin the first one. You just have to be careful when you put your case back on. That alone can cause the corners to come up! Once I got a hang of it, it was all good.
