Ive never had good luck with brakes, when installing a new aftermarket pair of pads. They always have a annoying screeching sound when letting off the brake. The oem Motorcraft are the way to go. They dont make any noise when releasing the brake. I have a 2018 f150 and replaced them at 96k miles. I dont do much towing but 96k miles is pretty good. Easy to install, grease all your hardware before you install. They do provide little packets of grease.
