I am super careful when it comes to any type of supplement. Most are not proven or prove to have more disadvantages than advantages (such as heart palpitations and such). A friend recommended this product to me and I researched the hound out of it. I was impressed with what I discovered and decided to buy one to try.To be fair, I’ve only used it twice: one for a pre-workout and the other just for a pick-me-up on a particularly sluggish day. I’ve been so impressed thus far and am hopeful what I am experiencing so far is not just a placebo effect. First, the cost is affordable for my budget. Second, this stuff mixes well with water so I don’t have to bring some other liquid to mix it. Third, it tastes great. I ordered the Fruit Punch and it is delightful and refreshing. Last, certainly not least, it produces exactly what it promises — the energy to get me though a workout as well as the energy to make my sluggish day so much better.While I am so far loving these results, I am still hesitant to just blanket recommend it to just anyone. I certainly recommend a slow introduction, as in taking just half what they recommend for a bit. No need to take the full dosage if half works. I also recommend to use it only when you need it. I only used it twice thus far because I haven’t needed it the other times. I don’t even think the product recommends it daily (I might be wrong on that though).My biggest satisfaction is that it has not effected my digestive system. It seems to fade away without any known impact.Note: I should let the reader know I am not a health expert. I’m just a guy trying to improve my health and gain some positive energy (I work a 40 hour job, I’m a Widower of 2 years, & I’m the Father to an adult son). I have been working out for 20+ years and have tried countless pre-workouts. They have literally destroyed my stomach (thank you C4). This one is by far my FAVORITE! Tastes just like fruit punch, goes down easy without the burn and no weird jitters. I feel focused and just the right amount of energy to power through my workouts without feeling overstimulated or shaky. I needed a supplement that is easy on the stomach (not too acidic or full of chemicals) and this one checks all of my boxes. I will continue to use this pre-workout!Also, my fellow 12-hour shifters (nurses)…I keep this in my bag for when I start dragging around hours 9-10. I can still get to sleep when I get home but it gives me a little pep to finish my shift!

Repurchased multiple multiple times over many years at this point! I am a nurse I used to drink it on shift for a little pick me up that tastes great and now I drink it in the morning before my workout! No crazy energy drink feeling no crash plus mixing with water helps get my day started with water not coffee! Tastes great

I pondered on purchasing this product due to my prior experience with pre workout powders.When I did my research and analyzing the benefits of this product, in addition it was accessible in multiple flavor options.Last thing I saw it was catered to people on all sort of diets(vegan/gluten free). The ingredients were impressive:)My review:Pleasing to the eyes container in pink color with large font that basically gets straight to the point of what exactly this product is putting emphasis on the main points.
