My doctor had me taking this as I had a terrible dry cough from allergies. Since I have been taking it my cough subsided within approximately a week. Still have allergies, but not coughing so bad I choke. I had an allergic reaction to coconut resulting in continuous heartburn as well and I have had no heartburn. Really happy with it. Works for me very well.
