Suddenly the pipe connection is not standard ½ and adapter is not included, you have to buy it separately. An в this is not mentioned in description! Another days waist why waiting for adaptyers.

Not the standard water fitting size. It isn’t the standard size so the union isn’t attaching to the sink, I’ve been wasting a whole day trying to find a place that would sell an adapter fitting but non have this size. It’s hard for me to even order the adapter online because 1) I’ll have to wait at least 2 weeks to return it 2) it’s hard for me to confirm the exact size so I can’t just order online and wait 2 weeks to try if I even ordered the correct size.

We were super pleased with this at first, it is easy to install, looks great, has great water pressure and was pretty affordable. Sadly, the paint is already peeling and it hasn't even been 3 months yet but amazingly, we are just past the return date. Hrmmm! You can see from the images that there is chrome underneath, so at least that looks nice, but we are disappointed and aren't happy with it. We would say spend the extra money and get a better brand. UPDATE - So the company reached out to me after seeing my review and sent me a new faucet. I am super impressed with how they take care of customers, it was so nice to see. And the new faucet is great, I think that the paint is sealed better and I am optimistic it is going to last longer this time. It really is a great faucet, has awesome water pressure, and looks great. I am very happy with everything and how it has turned out.

Well when I opened the package I was impressed with the quality and design for the price paid. I wanted the non pull up hose and I also wanted the spring holding the hose to be long enough to avoid premature wear against the hose when pulling on it. That is what I got when I opened the package. The sprayer part feels heavy and quality. Thank you. Since now I have installed and used this style of faucet I want to add more opinion. I really like this style. I can turn the faucet on at the lever and it can stay on. Then when I press the sprayer it sprays and turns off. The same with the other flow part of this faucet. The flow lever will turn on and off by one hand and is always water accessible. I truly find this style an ease to use and very functional and convenient to use.

I wanted a high pull-out faucet to replace my 21+ yr old faucet that still worked but was starting to have issues. I researched the WEWE system, reading lots of reviewers. I wanted a product that could last long and be reliable. So far I'm very impressed with the product. Some of the outstanding features have to do with the ease of installation. It took me about 8 minutes to install. (removing the old faucet took about 20 minutes!) I really like the smoothness by which the handle moves. It easily allows for different levels of water flow force. I opted to put the handle facing forward and find there is no problem adjusting the on/off handle while water is flowing. The sprayer works exceptionally. It easily switches from wide to concentrated flow. I don't use the stop button and don't really understand if it is meant to stop the flow completely and keep it off once depressed? Mine continues to flow when I release the button. I especially like that there is a 5-yr warranty and I made sure to activate my warranty once it was installed. Overall I would say that this is a reliable faucet with quality components with a 5-yr warranty. A bargain of a deal at an affordable price.
