Wouldn’t fit right
This product has an average sound in my opinion. I was hoping for good sound when I bought them. The main problem is they won’t fit my ear. The way they’re made only someone with large ears can wear these. They kept popping out because they were too big to fit in my ear right. I ended up having to buy another pair. Wasted money.

Sound quality horrible
Sound quality not what they say box cheaply made and didn't stay in ears kept dropping and syncing

Can't connect to smart phone
I have not been able to connect to smart phone. But was going to try again soon. Directions for using no very clear.So can't rate sound quality. But they do fit comfortably.
