Great flavor and I feel like has definitely helped with the health of my teeth! I have sensitivities to cold and sugar and whenever I chew this gum it goes away. Only con is the flavor doesn’t last long, but I don’t mind because I don’t like chewing for long periods of time. I like that it is aspartame free.

The sweetness doesn’t last very long, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me, since I’m chewing primarily for oral health rather than taste. The initial texture is softer than brands like Extra or Orbit, but it's not unpleasant, and it stiffens up as you chew. Overall, it’s a solid, budget-friendly option for xylitol gum.

Has xylitol in it which is a kind of natural sugar vs aspartame and fake sugars. I prefer this gum and have ordered it many times, the larger size. chew two at a time, flavor is good, but does not last very long please note.While expensive, I do prefer this brand over others I have tried. Two is key after meals for me. Quality, clean zip lock tops, small packages of different flavors, but try a small package first to see if you like it. I did, and then ordered the large various flavors. Surprisingly the chocolate one is delis! Who knew!The gun is small size it will help with dry mouth and I do believe that you get better health benefits from this gum vs others, plus you are working your jaw.
