I used to have Epieff Z, which doc prescribed me for my skin. Then thought of changing. I came into wellbeing nutrition 's ad in Amazon, though to give a try. The tast is tangier than Epieff Z ( it is on the sweeter side). If you love tangy tastes you'll love it. I donno which of vit C works the best but if this form works well then go for it. Though I have heard vit C is unstable in light and oxygen touch. So have a Lil doubt. It's pricy of course. But tasty. For a change you can have it. Please do a google search before buying.

It definitely gives the immunity boost it promises. I also like how it dissolves quickly and makes a nice effervescent drink.

The ingredients sound appealing, healthy and mostly natural. But unfortunately it has a bit of an iodine flavor when the package is first openedthat spoils the pleasure of drinking such good ingredients.

I and my family completed 2 bottles each. Yes, it shows significant improvements to your skin. BUT IT IS ADDICTIVE —why? It has Sodium Bicarbonate. It messes with your gut health if you stop taking it. My family has no history of Acidity. And I and my family suddenly started having acidity issues after we stopped this product. (Our lifestyle is same before and after). If your gut health is good(not an acidity patient) then this is not the type of vitamin c supplement you should go with—rather opt for vitamin c tablet form. Secondly, it has "Sunset Yellow Color" that means the dosage should be 3.75mg/1kg(quantity of this colour added in the product is not disclosed on the ingredients list). And we all know that wrong dosage of this color may cause behaviour disorders AKA autism. So do the all research before buying any supplement from Wellbeing.
