I recently purchased this henna cone, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The quality of the henna is exceptional—smooth, rich, and easy to apply. It works very well. The stain is dark. I did one hand day one and the other hand the next day cause I didn’t want to sit around without being able to use both hands for 12 hours.I left the henna on for 12 hours (on at 12pm, off at 12am). After an hour I put my hand into a plastic grocery bag, tied it at my wrist, then laid a towel over my hand so it can stay warm.After 12 hours I took hand out of the plastic bag and washed the henna off. See picture for results.I was able to do both hands with one cone.

The media could not be loaded. Daughter and I decided to try our hand at henna for the first time. Super easy to use and product came out so smoothly. Color looked great once fully oxidized. Only complaint, and the reason for the missing star, is that It started fading off after about 3 days. Didn’t last long.

I highly recommend the product. The henna draws very well and then leaves the drawing saturated. I waited 6-8 hours and the result was great, and the next day the drawing on my hand became even brighter.

I have always wanted to try henna and this smells fantastic, it's earthy but clean and spicy ❤️ ,it comes out really dark once it develops ( I left mine on after heavy saturation for about an hour and half .) and it stays for AWHILE. I absolutely love it and don't think I'll ever change brands to be honest.

AFTER SMELL IS HORRIBLE! I usually enjoy the smell of henna depending on what essential oils are used. This henna smelled normal and pleasant when applying. I left it on for 4 hours and throughout that time it didn't really smell as it dried. After taking it off it still smelled normal, until about an hour later it stated making this hay like smell on my hands. At first I thought maybe my hands had just gotten sweaty and it was the smell of the henna mixing with my palm sweat. I washed my hands, could still smell it. I took a deep shower using a sugar scrub and scrub brush, and still cannot get rid of the smell. I also tried washing my hands with rubbing alcohol, the smell is still so strong. I can't bring my hands anywhere near my face because the smell is just that awful. I should have known buying a cheap henna wasn't a good idea, but I didn't think it would leave this never ending horrible after smell. It's been about 14 hours since I scrapped the dry henna off. I'm going to try to soak my hands in epsomsalt to see if that will help :(The color is nice though... but not worth the horrid smell. But maybe I just got a bad batch

so first and foremost, the packaging was lovely on the exterior. super cute, super well designed and seemed to be sturdy.however, upon opening the package, i could tell there that some had leaked out which is extremely unfortunate.i decided to attempt one tube around my knee for a patch test, which is recommended! i left it on for about 25 minutes, in which this was the result. i am on the darker side of my family (we are latino) and it’s also worth mentioning my complex is very caramel toned.i haven’t seen a lot of people try henna out for my skin tone but i hope this helps! i think it’s really cute and obviously you won’t be super in the flashlights so i think the pictures without flash are most accurate.they will develop over time so i am waiting to see it completely, which is why i’m waiting until tomorrow to see the finished results. i will update!i’m hoping to use these for freckles but i will definitely let you know! i think for longer and heavier designs, it’s recommended to wait the extended amount so that the henna has the ability to penetrate and color the skin efficiently. for small things like freckles it’s debatable!this is what works for me and may not work for you. the reason i lost two stars was because-it didn’t make it very clear there was a distinct difference between reddish-brown and brown. i will be replacing this item with a browner tone should it darken more red than brown.-the packaging was awful. the exterior was fine but it wasn’t handled with care. and because of that, henna leaked out which is not my favorite thing to see.

1st picture is about 9 hours (around 12pm) after I applied it (I left it on overnight), 2nd picture is around 8pm after everything has fallen off, 3rd picture is around 9am a day after. ~ Overall I like it, I do it on myself because it's like a tattoo but you can get rid of it and change it. It has a really subtle insence smell and I like it. It's easy to use and you can reuse it (just make sure to cover it good). It dries within 30 minutes. I usually do it before bedtime and leave it on overnight and I make a paste with lemon juice and sugar and wrap it in toilet paper. When I wake up I take off the toilet paper and let it fall off on its own and go about on my day. The color doesn't last long, for me personally it lasts about 5 days in total before it starts fading. But I do a lot with my hands such as washing dishes, washing my hands, using hand sanitizer, etc. But I like that it doesn't last long because I can change it but I know others want it to last, so just use my review as a heads up. Overall I will buy it again!
