This pill pouch holds more than I was expecting and I'm so glad. I bought two, thinking I would have to use both, but I'm pleasantly surprised to discover I can fit everything into one. The second will now be saved as backup.The inside pocket where the pills actually fit is 2.25" long x 1.5" wide x 0.75" deep. There is a ridge along the inside edge that snaps into the other side when closed, so the pouch is pretty secure.I put a piece of paper inside, closed it up, and dropped it into a deep bowl of water. The pouch floated up and the paper was still fully dry inside. Not sure I would test it for longer in water with actual pills inside, but good to know if accidentally dropped into liquid it would be fine if picked back up in reasonable amount of time.Photo with pill pouch next to regular sharpie marker for easier size visualization.

I needed a storage solution for the floss heads for my child's flosser (Dentek Kids Disposable Floss Heads Plus Handle, Wild Fruit, 25 Count (Pack of 6)). This was the perfect size for fitting all 25 floss heads. My child is able to easily manipulate the case, opening and closing the seal independently.The case is rigid, yet soft enough to comfortably to slip in a pocket if needed. It would reliably secure the contents. If using for it's advertised purpose, I would recommend it for someone needing a short-term solution (like taking some pills they need to take in a few hours while they are away from home), but not long-term (organizing pills for the week) as it is not air tight.

Wow. What a cute way to carry a couple pills or vitamins with you. If you are going out to dinner and have to take pills with food just slip in your pocket and you are prepared.

After retiring, I bought a little tiny purse. The kind that fits everything in a neatly organized compartment. I've always hated carrying purses, but when I worked I had a lot to carry. Anyway, after downsizing, I needed something smaller to carry just a couple pills when I go out. This was perfect. It's small and thin and would probably fit at least 10 pills if need be. It's even perfect to just slip into my jeans pocket if I'm not carrying a purse at all. It's a handy little gadget!

Not large enough if you’re a poly pharmacy patient. Ok for a few tylenol or a short outing.
