What is the shelf life ? Can you freeze it to last longer?

You usually have about a 1 year shelf life , so plenty of time. Also I would guess you can freeze. I have also used it past the expiration date also and it was fine

I have no idea, but you use at most a tablespoon, and that certainly will not kill you :) I ahvae been using this product for years, and am still alive and kicking
