I was initially split on what size to get as my son is 3, but size 3-4T said it fits up to a size 9.5 shoe and he wears a size 9. I ordered the 3-4T, the outer package said 3-4 T but the actual socks have "4-6" printed on them. They do seem big for only fitting up a half size, but they still fit so we're going to keep them. The designs are cute in spite of the pairs with words not really making sense.
