I bought the Resveratrol 1450 for my mom a few months ago, and we’ve both been really impressed with the results. After reviewing a lot of the claims that this supplement is a potent antioxidant and proven to help restore cellular health and decrease cancer risk (as well as many other claims), I researched quite a bit and what I have found is that Resveratrol has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, decrease cancer risk, improve cognitive alertness and improve vitality at the cellular level... in mice. Mice are good to do research on as a lot of preliminary information we have on drugs come from these studies and is extrapolated for human trials.Resveratrol is commonly prescribed (even though it is available over the counter) by "Anti-Aging" practitioners in combination with NAD+ and other drugs used for type 2 diabetes and immunosuppressant drugs.The main problem with resveratrol is its POOR bioavailability. Only a small percentage of oral resveratrol makes it through first pass metabolism after its ingested. So what you take as 100 or 200mg of resveratrol is reduced by more than 2/3 or more and that results what I would consider, inconsequential int he pursuit of any real benefit.However... subjectively speaking... I agree with many others. Resveratrol has been very beneficial. I am alert, focused, quick witted again, sharper mentally, in less pain and feeling like I have more endurance. I will also say, that I sleep SO WELL since starting this and my dreams are MUCH MORE vivid. I take a combination of:ResveratrolNAD+and SytrinolI do not feel mentally foggy or sluggish like I have for a very long time. Energy is MUCH better and sleep is improved. I have been taking resveratrol for 4 months. The difference is more than subtle and I have not had any side effects unless I take NAD+ and Resveratrol together, I have noticed some nausea... so I split the doses. I also take it at the recommended two caps per day.I have seen some research suggesting that the sublingual or lozenger form of Resveratrol has better bioavailability but so too does this form or trans-Resveratrol.

Most people are a little skeptical about supplements, especially when questioning if they will actually DO anything at all.While it's only been two weeks, and I haven't been tracking my heart health, I can say confidently that this brand and dosage of Resveratrol actually does have an effect. In addition to heart health, the molecule is purported to give you an energy boost and have positive affects on aging. The first night I got the bottle, I was so eager to try it that I took two about an hour before bed. I slept in the next morning and took two more when I woke up. The rest of the morning, I was a bit wired internally, and antsy to get out of the house and get the gym where I could move and burn off energy. It was different sort of energy. I was wired inside, but not jittery like with too much caffeine.The past two weeks, where I normally have a couple pimples popping up every day I have instead had maybe two the entire time. My recent blemishes and marks also began healing more quickly and more obviously, especially after a night of rest.I take two capsules every morning, and I have to say I really think it's effective. I visibly see improvements in my skin, and have to think that it is and will continue supporting my heart health and signs of aging, which I am aiming to prevent while I can.[If it helps to evaluate, I am a 28yr old female, 125lbs.]

I love this product, it was recommended by my dermatologist to help me with my acne and this combined with the treatment she recommended has done wonders for my skin. It also gives energy I don’t know if it supposed to it but it does to me. Not side effects, 10/10 would recommend.

I tried another brand because it reported 1800mg per serving. I return to this brand because it just seemed to work better for me. I felt better. Inflammation in my knee was reduced. My metabolism was faster.

Some customers have noted that the color of the capsules in their recent orders are darker than in previous bottles. They speculate that this change in color might be due to heat or light exposure, which could potentially affect the quality of the resveratrol. I heard by a doctor that they said if they are darker isn't a good quality resveratrol it needs to be lighter to be high quality ... I got a bottle with darker capsules... somebody here has an explanation?
