Good knife
I have only used it once for filleting fish. I worked very well. Sharp blade and excellent grip.

NOT a DEXTER KNIFE !!
Neither flexible nor a filet knife! What is being shipped is a $9 Swiss made pairing knife. I returned it once thinking it was an accidental mis-labelling. DO NOT BUY this knife from AMAZON at it is falsely identified on the website. Dexter makes and sells excellent knives and that is what I wanted to buy, but that is NOT what Amazon is selling using this item number.

Great filet/travel knife. I use it in the kitchen all the time, and it goes with me on outdoor trips for game processing.

Poorly resharpened.
The blade had an irregular shape. I understand it was a factory second , but I thought the blade would have been professionally sharpened and the defect blended. I would recommend you spend the money on a factory new blade. This was not worth the money. I have a "Ken Onion" sharpening system so I will be able to properly sharpen the blade.
