This is soo nice when your canning and you can process a lot more jars . You get done faster. When it gets old and get holes in the bottom I plant pepper plants in it and get a new one.

I love this pot but unfortunately it is too small for what I need. I was going to do some water canning and it only holds pints so I won't be using it very much.

I bought two of these high-capacity canning pots. They work well get the job done a little faster no complaints would buy again.

The rack is not like the picture. It has no dividers. My jars fall over while processing.

I only rated this one star because I purchased one that was $11.00 off as a return / scratch and dent. For $35.00 and free shipping I thought it was a pretty good deal, and Amazon said that it was in Good Condition. I got it fairly quick, and it had no lid to it, a big dent in the bottom which knocked out the finish on the bottom, and the lip to the top had a large crease / bend in it. I got screwed on the return shipping because I had to pay a balloon return shipping rate of an extra $12.00, and for the condition of the pot itself, in order for me to keep it, I should have been charged a lot less than $10.00 off regular price. HOWEVER, THIS POT DOES COME WITH A RACK THAT FITS IT, SEEMS TO BE JUST AS WELL MADE AS THE OTHER POTS I HAVE OF THE SAME CONSTRUCTION, AND WILL SERVE ME WELL FOR CANNING AND OTHER USES (BOILING DEER SKULLS). Overall I was not pleased with Amazon over the scratch/dent sale, however I have ordered a replacement that I am very satisfied with!
