Never printed more than 1-2 photos from a cartridge. Would spin but not advance the photo. Sent back to Kodak but never heard anything back regarding replacement. Went through 5-6 cartridges and only got about 10 photos.

Total waste of money. I’m a single mom who wanted to do something special for my daughter’s birthday so I spent money to buy this printer and extra cartridges. After one use, the printer jammed and wasted an entire cartridge. We got it out and put a new one in and that worked but the next cartridge jammed as well and now it won’t come out and the printer is useless. We’ve wasted hundreds of dollars on a useless product and bc I bought it in November but didn’t give it to my daughter until her birthday in January, it doesn’t qualify for a return. I wasted money on the printer and two cartridges. Worst purchase ever.

The photos comes out great , the photo paper is great and I can actually cut them to fit in a photo album if necessary. What was not so great was the app because it didn’t import all of my photo albums like the album named favorites. The printer also automatically shut off too fast. I wish it could stay on for Atleast 5 minutes. The leather case allows me to access all ports after turning it on. The app could be improved more. Great gift

This was delivered yesterday. I charged it all night and began using it today. No issues on the first 9 images other than they all had the "low resolution" warning. At this point I had to change the cartridge. The first one I grabbed had a sheet that was bent so I had to remove that sheet and won't be able to use it. To be safe I opened another new cartridge and loaded that instead. Immediately while printing the first image the color ribbon got stuck and I received an error to remove the cartridge and/or contact support. The cartridge is now unusable and there is still color ribbon stuck in the printer. I have no clue how I'm going to be able to get it out and feel like this was a huge waste of money. Update: edited to 3 stars. Turning the printer back on caused it to roll the stuck ribbon into the front, where the picture comes out. This allowed me to pull it out easily with tweezers. The next cartridge worked without issue but that other cartridge was still completely unusable. The printer also disconnects from Bluetooth with no activity in about 5 minutes. I could see myself purchasing again but am still a bit salty about the cartridge issues.

The pictures come out blurry and pixelated. I can’t believe I spent so much money on this. 😩

Ordered this for Christmas. The printer would not print at all. Messed around with the cartridge like the YouTube videos suggested and nope…nothing. Returned it and got another one. After WEEKS, I got the replacement. It printed upon the first run! The color quality could be nicer, but I don’t need it to print professional quality pictures. I just wanted a nice image on the paper to keep. This satisfied my needs.

Such a cool printer kit. The fact you can carry this around in a bag and print out photos whenever you want is great! HOWEVER, as of writing this the native app absolutely sucks.. they need to improve it 1000%

Ich habe dieses Paket gekauft, um auch mal einzelne Bilder schnell und einfach ausdrucken zu können, um diese z.B. für spontane Geschenke nutzen zu können. Der Drucker ist über eine App sehr leicht zu benutzen und ich finde die Qualität der Bilder auch absolut ausreichend. Man muss dazu sagen, dass sie nicht ganz so scharf sind oder die Farbe wiedergeben wie z.B. Online bestellte Bilder, aber dennoch bin ich mit der Qualität wirklich zufrieden. Auch die Hinzugabe von Auffüllkasetten finde ich super. Ich muss sagen, dieses Paket hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht und meine Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Von mir eine Empfehlung.

Paper jammed on a brand new cartridge. The jam was impossible to remedy since the paper itself gets stuck inside the machine and there is no way to open the rest of the device to extract the paper. Sadly, this printer is not worth the asking price.

The initial cartridge that came in the printer was damaged. Caused some issues getting it to work on Xmas morning. Quite frustrating. We put in a new cartridge and now it seems to work fine. I went on the Kodak support website to see about a replacement but it says picture printers are not supported. Just keep this in mind if buying, there is no support at all. Of course this printer went on sale two days after i purchased it. Picture quality is just ok, I suppose that’s all you can expect out of this little printer.

Hallo guten Tag Ich habe den Drucker gestern 24.12 als Geschenk bekommen und sofort ausprobiert. Leider hat die mitgelieferte Patrone, die bereits im Drucker eingesetzt war, nicht funktioniert. Die ersten drei Ausdrucke waren komplett leer – die Blätter kamen ohne Bild heraus. Nachdem wir die Patrone herausgenommen haben, stellten wir fest, dass sie defekt war. Nachdem wir sie gegen eine andere Patrone ausgetauscht haben, hat der Drucker normal funktioniert. Es ist ärgerlich, dass eine neue Patrone direkt kaputt ist. Siehe angehängtes Bild als Beweis.
