Not much to say. They are what they advertise to be.
I wanted narrow upright handlebars. They delivered.

Not enough room in the grip area
The price is right but there's not much you can do with this bar. There's barely enough room to slide on a standard grip. To fit brake levers requires cutting down the grip a bit and forget about bar mounted shift levers. It's the wrong shape, not enough sweep, for inverse levers or bar end shifters so that's not really an option; stem shifters would almost make this bar usable.

Great
These bars are great for anyone who wants a good looking low-rise chrome bar and don't need any room for brake levers. This translates to fixed gear and one speed coaster brake bikes. I have three bikes with them and have built up at least a half-dozen more bikes that they adorn. You get what you pay for. If you want a lightweight bar, buy aluminium.

Not as pictured; not worth the hassle to return it
This bar is NOT as pictured. It has no straight-back grip areas like the photo -- rather, it's more like a narrow riser mountain bike bar. It is super heavy.

These are nice, but much too narrow
These are 4 star handlebars by any measure. However, they weren't what I needed and I'll take full responsibility for not having really read the other reviews. I'm putting together a bike for my wife. She likes grip shifters and brakes. There isn't space on this handlebar for both. I'm not sure what these are designed for, kids' bikes maybe? But don't buy these without considering the layout.

Good low-rise bar. A little narrow.
Good bar for the money. I didn’t want too much of a riser bar, and this is just that. It is narrow as mentioned by its width spec, but I think I can work with it. I can’t give it any more than three stars because of the width and some rust on the inside of it. A good addition to my vintage single speed build though.

Perfect for my needs
I put this on a single speed beach cruiser. I ride the bike to work. The place where I store the bike is up a narrow stairway. The original cruiser handlebars were pretty wide for negotiating the stairs. So this fixed the problem. I bought a longer stem to to raise the handlebars up. Im real happy with my current setup.

Cool bars
Chrome steel looks great. Can be installed inverted down for an aggressive ride. Just be careful as you only have 110mm of straight handle bar space for grips, those pictured are 90
