Crazy Art Doodle 3D Ultimate Vehicles

I bought this locally but i had never had a experience this bad with any craft. The gel is supposed to dry in less then 2 minutes when exposed to the pen light. It does not. I held the pen over a tiny part for well over 5 minutes and it still didn't dry. I left it overnight and still nothing. My 6 year old called it junk and i will be going back to AC Moore to get my money back. Parents beware it looks cool but its crap!
