I was recommended to use this product as some ill health and bad news had left me feeling somewhat low. Like anything else you have to take quite a bit before seeing results and I certainly did, my mood lifted and I found that I was not crying at anything or everything. It also has the bonus of making your skin clear of spots. At my age mine will never be perfect but I do suffer from menopausal achne and this works very well so I look of this as a bonus product to use.

My intention was to have 1 a day, but it didn't work out that way. Pantothenic acid, vitamin B5, is responsible for reducing tiredness and fatigue, as part of a nutrition plan to avoid any deficiencies. Definitely felt better for taking. When less tired, we have more emotional control, but then vitamin D³ helps to do that aswell. The two together will give you lots of energy ☺️

Honestly, a healthy diet (lots of fruits and vegetables) and a few supplements can do miracles to mild acne. No need to cover up with foundation!
