I’m a competitive bodybuilder (currently 310 off-season pounds at 6’3”) so I am currently taking 2 scoops in my 64 oz. intra workout drink (combined with BCAA’s and Glutamine) for a total of 100 grams of carbohydrates and I love this fast digesting carb source! It dissolves easily, where as other powders I have tried have clumped and even formed “waxy” chunks at the bottom of my bottle. Not this stuff! Unflavored is great if you want to add to a protein shake, but the other flavors I’ve tried (Fruit Punch, Strawberry, and Kiwi Strawberry) have all been delicious and refreshing in my drink as I workout. The value per serving is pretty good compared to other brands of similar serving breakdowns. If you want to fuel your workouts, prevent fatigue, and shuttle insulin and glucose quickly to your muscles, go with Karbolyn!

Great carb supplement; tastes decent (orange flavor). Bit expensive but useful to fulfill pre-workout carb needs when you cannot eat sufficiently in advance.High glycemic index, so can be taken closer to actual start of your training. If you are avoiding high GI foods, this product is probably not for you!

Easy to blend carbs comes with a decently sized scoop and it tastes AMAZING. It is sweet so if you mix with other sweetened powders it might be too sweet. Definitely notice changes when taking this and the drink after mixing it with just this powder is not thick. Blends very easy.

This has a pretty solid taste and dissolves really nice and completely. No after taste or film left in your mouth. Has not caused any stomach issues for me even with drinking and running shortly after.

I was pleased both the taste and the effectiveness of the Karbolyn Shake. The timing of my commute home and the beginning of my work out is tight, so I drink this product only 20 minutes or so before I begin. Even though the optimum time to let the Karbolyn absorb into my system is twice that, I feel stronger and have more energy for a fast paced workout. I am glad I tried this product and plan to continue to incorporate it into my routine.

I take this pre/post workout. I can train longer when I take it preworkout. I think this is better then cluster dextrin, I try that but didn’t have energy like with kabylon. When I got the product it was full to the top. Plus the scooper was on top too so it was easy to dig out. You get your moneys worth, each serving is 50g of carbs.

This was recommended for a post-workout. This product was bought for another individual that loves how his body feels after a good workout to feed his system. I have recommended this product to several individuals who love the fruit punch taste and texture of the product. It is easy to make and use.

This product has really helped my muscles to avoid fatigue during exercise. I use this during intense cardio & weight lifting. It tastes great, mixes well, doesn’t upset the tummy. Have purchased tropical punch & blue razz. I am a woman with lean body fat, half a scoop goes a long way.
