Es una camelbak de un excelente tamaño, te caben unas cuantas cosas en la mochila, es muy ligera, pequeña en la espalda es del tamaño de un casco talla S, no molesta y se abrocha muy bien. Excelente compra.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m small (4’11” 118lbs) and it’s the perfect size! This is the 0.5 liter version so it’s smaller than the normal/average sized camelbak. There’s a separate pocket for things like granola bars, phone, wallet, keys, etc. I absolutely love it! **I know at the end of the video the water mouth piece drips but that’s because it’s not in the locked position. I haven’t had any leakage with this backpack/bladder**

I have used it on my past 4 long runs. The amount of water is large enough for long runs, but also minimum enough to not bother on light runs. It comes with a front pocket where you can stash your phone and gels/nutrition bars. I like the color, it is not flashy or ugly. It fits well on a 6 feet man of average weight.
