The Chef's Shake or All-Purpose Seasoning from The Spice Hunter is excellent on chicken. I use it as an alternative to a Fines Herbes blend when baking chicken. It has a slight pepper flavor due to spices in the mix. All of the spices from The Spice Hunter are excellent; they are now my preferred brand.

Long time staple at my house for nearly everything. Great in soups, for poultry, Italian sauces, basically any savory dish you can imagine.

This is my main spice I use. It is versatile and I add it to most dishes. I hate to be without it. Unfortunately, I used to purchase directly from Spice Hunter but now Sauer only sells through Amazon and prices have gone up quite a bit and no sales. But that said, this spice is amazing..

This spice mix is very easy to use. It works on just about every dish. This is the third bottle I've used and it's great to grab it and have stuff taste good.
